Welding Club

The Central Piedmont Community College Welding Club requested T-shirt and sticker designs for their group. After back-to-back dense graphic design projects, this request was like a sigh of relief and tons of fun for me. While the clients had general desired aesthetics—terms such as “grunge” and “gnarly” and “rad” were thrown out—they were eager to see whatever the team of designers was able to cook up, and ultimately offered a lot of freedom and play area.

I immediately picked up my pencil and anatomy book and got right to some illustration work.
